Where to start???

Im finding it very hard to post everyday. I also know that I still have to post that pic of myself. I would like to give a quick update on my progress first. Ihavebeen going to the gym at least four days a week and sometimes twice a day. ive lost four pounds so far. It seems like it is taking forever but it will be worth it in the end. I just got a new scale so I hope it works better then my old one. I think I need to read my blog and make a few changes. I post some new goals in a little bit.
