Day 3

I feel amazing!!! I haven't felt this way since I was 17!! Im not sure if I lost any weight but at this point IDC cause I feel wonderful!! Today is my first cleanse day and its not hard at all! The first two days were a little bit hard because my body was getting use to it and I had a bit of a cold but so far it so worth it! My house might cleaned now lol

Ok the pic will have to wait yet again. Ken did something with my cord and I cant upload the pics till I find it. But I PROMISE I will get them up today!

Day 1

So the isagenixs finally came in the mail yesterday! I feel like I have been waiting forever. Anyway today is day one and so far I feel great! It could be that I was sick yesterday and today I feel normal but whatever the reason is I will take it. Here is my start off measurements and a pic!!

Day 1

Arms- 12 inches
Chest- 34 inches
Waist- 35 inches
Hips- 38 inches
Leg- 24 1/2 inches

WEIGHT- 142!!!

****UPDATES

Its 11:47AM and I feel a little hungry and I have to pee every 5 minutes! But I guess that means its working.I think I need a snack. I still have an hour and 10 minutes before my next shake.

Im on shake 2 and just so you know the ionic supreme taste like shit!!! I put it in my shake and that was a big mistake. Next time Im taking it like a shot! Oh and I ate an egg.

So day one is almost over and I think I did pretty well. I followed the program today and I feel ok. I had a 4oz steak with mashed potatoes and salad for dinner and it was so good. If nothing else this plan really makes me look forward to dinner lol.

The new craze!!!

Yeah I'm first to admit that I'm not very good at keeping up with this blog but hey I'm trying. I have been working out and watching what I eat now for about 8 weeks and I'm still only down about 5 pounds. Not really the results I was looking for, so last night I order Isagenix. For those of you that don't know what that it is its a 30 day cleanse program with a side effect of weight loss. I am very excited to start this program because I know many people who have lost a a great deal of weight on this program. Iam hoping to track my progress here and perhaps you tube. My goal is to lose 15 pounds in the next 30 days. I am going to follow the program the best I can.

So as I sit here and type this I am waiting and hoping that this stuff comes in the mail soon. I really would like to start today.

As for my other goals they are not going so well. I haven't been saving at all, I did cook dinner almost every night this week, and I don't even want to think about school. I think it would be best if I did one thing at a time lol. Anyway i will update this as soon as the package comes in the mail.

Goals

I think posting my goals will make it easier for me to track m progress. So here is a list of goals for this year:

1. Lose 21 pounds
2. Finish my degree
3. Buy a house
4. Read one book a month
5. Stop breastfeeding
6. Cook a full meal for dinner 5 days a week
7. Save at least 1,000$ a month

I think that is about it. So here is where I stand on these goal as of today.

1. I have been going to the gym 4 days a week and have cut back my calorie intake by 500 a day. So I am hoping to be heading down the right road.

2. I have stop taking class. I just felt I needed a break. I hope to start school again in the spring.

3. This one is a little harder because most of the steps to buy a house Ken has to do. But he has started to get things in order so thats good. We have about three bills to pay off and we also have to come up with the down payment.

4. Ha, Im not very good at doign this. By the time everything dies down I just want to watch tv. I have been trying to read Twilight now for over a month.

5. I have been breastfeeding for over 15 months now!! I feed Brady three to four times a day. i hope to get it down to twice a day by the end of the month.

6. We can not be eat take out all the time. Maybe if I start blogging about what Im going to make it will be easier to stick to it. Right now I cook maybe twice a week.

7. So far I have saved $400 this month and we are only at day 1!

Where to start???

Im finding it very hard to post everyday. I also know that I still have to post that pic of myself. I would like to give a quick update on my progress first. Ihavebeen going to the gym at least four days a week and sometimes twice a day. ive lost four pounds so far. It seems like it is taking forever but it will be worth it in the end. I just got a new scale so I hope it works better then my old one. I think I need to read my blog and make a few changes. I post some new goals in a little bit.

I know I know

So I promised a swimsuit pic and I didnt deliver, I pinky promise I will post it today!! Anyway yesterday at the gym went great, kids had a good time and Ken and I got a little workout in. We will be going back tonight and I hope to get a class in. I also went to the tanning bed last night, yes I know they are bad for me but so are a lot of things I do! I just cant stand being so pale! You can take the girl out of Fl but you cant take the Fl out of the girl lol! On another note today Im going to take the little boys to story time at barnes and noble and then make a trip to toys r us. I know I live a kick ass life lol. Well Im off to start my day, tonight I will being blogging about this breastfeeding adventure Ive been doing for over 14 months now, so stay tuned!!!!
